Adorable Persian Chinchilla Cats And Its Features
Persian cats have always been regarded as rather royal and grand cats. Pedigree Persian cats are big in body structure and have powerful legs and punched faces with stocky bodies. These cats seem to be a magnet for warmth for those fond of cats and sometimes even for those who are not.
The Persian breed of cats is again categorize on the basis of some of their characteristics. When you examine them closely you will see that there are subtle differences in the color of their body hair. There are some remarkably different features which make the Chinchilla breed stand out.
The Persian cats were beginning to be exported to USA in'08 when the Chinchilla Cats Club was founded. If you have to know and value whether a cat is a Pedigree Chinchilla cat or not and differentiate it from others, you have to examine its coat as that is the only way by which you will be able to make out the difference. The color of the body hair has distinctions which would show the difference. A pure breed black coated Chinchilla will have only1/7 of its body hair as black.
In general a Chinchilla Persian cat has an undercoat of pure white and the fur on the back, head, tail and flanks is tipped black that gives off a characteristic of a sparkling silver coat. The legs of these cats can sometimes be slightly sprinkled with black tips whereas the chin, ear tuffs, chest and stomach are always pure white.
Theses cats get a glamorous look with their dark rimmed eyes which seem as if they are wearing eye makeup. The nose and lips also have black outlines.
The coats of Silver Shaded cats have different color hair tips that give them a shadowy effect. You will see some fascinating colors from blue to lilac to chocolate. When you consider both Silver Shaded and Chinchilla the former has more 'shadowy' coat. The coats have a wonderful mixture of colors giving it more shades than you can imagine.
There are some cats which have variety of colors in their underlying coat which is completely wonderful and a treat for the eyes and they are appropriately called Golden Shaded. Also there is a breed called Cameo Persian with few red tips on their coat.
The eyes are what the Chinchillas are distinguished with. All the Chinchillas, Golden shaded, Silver shaded and Cameo Persian cats of pure variety will have eyes which are either green or blue green. There is a slight difference between the Golden Shaded and the rest of them as far as their rim colors are concerned. Whereas the Golden Shaded would have brown rims around their eyes and nose the rest of them have beautiful dark color rims around their eyes and nose.
